VISIT MARLENE'S GALLERY

I am the retired mother of 5, and grandmother of 7.

During my early married years I dabbled in art, but had to give it up when my youngest was about 3 and I stated working full time.

I retired in 1998 and have been involved in volunteering for my church and spending a lot of time following grandchildren activities.

I am currently trying to hone my skills, purchase supplies and take lessons.

After January of 2009, my volunteer commitments will be fulfilled and I plan to study and paint as much as possible.

I am interested in photography, gardening, decorating, cooking, reading and traveling, in addition to painting.
